How can we make our own toy horns?
Materials:
- Cardboard tubes (any size)
- Scissors
- Glue or adhesive
- Paint or markers (optional)
- Ribbon or string (for hanging)
Instructions:
-
Cut the cardboard tubes: Cut two or three cardboard tubes to the desired length and width of your toy horns. The length should be about twice the width of the horns.
-
Assemble the horns: Glue or stick the two tubes together, leaving a small gap between them.
-
Decorate (optional): Paint or decorate the horns with paint, markers, or stickers. You can also add beads, feathers, or other embellishments.
-
Attach the horns: Tie a ribbon or string around the gap between the horns to secure them in place.
-
Adjust the fit: Make sure the horns fit comfortably on your head and that they are secure.
Tips:
- Use a sturdy cardboard that can withstand some wear and tear.
- Experiment with different sizes and shapes of cardboard tubes to create unique horns.
- Add embellishments to make your horns more decorative.
- Test the horns on a flat surface before attaching them to your head.
- Be creative and have fun!
